Founded by a disabled veteran with a love for the ice cream truck traditions of Long Island, NY, Strong Island Ice Cream brings the nostalgic joy of soft serve to sunny Florida. After separating from the military in 2020, we noticed a missing piece in the Florida streets – the familiar jingle of an ice cream truck. That's when we decided to fill that gap and recreate those cherished childhood memories for the kids in Florida.

No event is too large for us – we have the capacity to serve hundreds of people in under an hour.
